The network

These are the people behind every card.

Every need on the board comes from someone we know. A teacher, a pastor, a kitchen volunteer, a café owner. We don't onboard strangers. We work with people who showed up and kept showing up.

A 60-year-old mission with a bilingual congregation and a K-3 academy where kids learn on Smart Boards and tablets. But they run out of copy paper because the nearest store is too far to be useful. They don't need charity in the condescending sense. They need the same things every school needs, delivered to a place the supply chain forgot.

Every Saturday, 60 people walk through the door and eat a hot lunch. No ID, no signup, no questions. The kitchen runs on donated food, and they've been doing this long before we showed up. We just made the supply chain visible so the right food arrives on the right day.

Tuesday mornings, early. About 60 people come for breakfast. Pastries, fruit, protein, coffee. Most of what they serve came from a local restaurant the night before. The kitchen is small. The impact isn't.

Local restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops with recurring surplus. They don't post needs. They fill them. Each one has a standing offer on file: what they typically have, when, and how to pick it up.

What we look for in a partner

Three things. That's it.

One

You're doing real work

You feed people, teach kids, or serve a community. You're a registered nonprofit or operate under one. We need to be able to vouch for you.

Two

You have a real person

Someone we can call. Someone who posts what's needed and confirms when things arrive. Not a generic inbox. A name and a phone number.

Three

You'll keep showing up

We're built around consistent, recurring needs, not one-off events. You commit to keeping your board current, and we commit to making sure the network sees it.

Your program belongs here.

If you run a program, lead a congregation, or have surplus to share. Let's talk.
