For nonprofits in northern Arizona

Your page is probably already built.

If you're a 501(c)(3) operating in northern Arizona, we've already pulled your organization's basics from the IRS public record and started a NeighborTable page for you. Find it, claim it, post what your program needs this week. Sixty seconds, no payment processor signup, no marketing to write.

No password to create. No monthly fee. Free for verified nonprofits.

How claiming works

Four steps. Sixty seconds.

From the moment you arrive to the moment your first need is on the board, real-world tested with our launch partners.

Step 1 · 10 sec

Search your org name

Type "Federated" or "Lutheran" or "Sunshine." Your organization shows up in autocomplete with name, address, EIN, and category already filled in.

Step 2 · 5 sec

Confirm it's you

See your org's pre-filled card. Tap "this is my organization." If something's off, you can edit it.

Step 3 · 30 sec

Verify your email

We send a magic link to the email you provide. Tap the link from your phone. You're in. No password to remember.

Step 4 · 60 sec total

Post what you need

Type the item, quantity, and price. It goes on the board immediately. Neighbors can start helping right away.

What you actually get

A coordination layer, not another fundraiser.

Specific needs

Real items, not lump sums

Post real items with real quantities. "Twelve cans of black beans for Saturday lunch." Donors see exactly what's needed. The ask is concrete.

Live tracking

Coverage in real time

Each need shows what's covered and what's still open. Donors self-coordinate. You don't have to call around to confirm what's coming.

Direct cash flow

The money lands in your bank

When donors chip in, the money goes to your bank, not ours. We never hold funds. You spend it however your program needs to.

Donor connection

Donors hear from you

When items arrive, you tap "received" and write a quick note. Every donor who helped gets that note. They feel the impact. They come back.

"We were spending hours every week on supply runs and donor follow-ups. Now I post what we need on Sunday, the bar fills by Wednesday, and I get a notification when each item arrives. The kids haven't been short on supplies since."

What we don't do

No friction we couldn't justify removing.

×

No payment processor signup. When you're ready to receive cash donations, we'll guide you through connecting your bank in about ten minutes. Until then, you can post needs and accept in-kind contributions.

×

No marketing copy to write. Each need is a line item, not a story. "Twelve cans of beans, Saturday lunch, 60 people" is the whole post. No campaign page to design.

×

No platform fee. NeighborTable doesn't take a cut of donations. Donors can optionally cover the credit card processing fee at checkout.

×

No app to install. Everything works in your phone's browser. Bookmark it once and it lives on your home screen if you want.

×

No competition with the food bank. If you already work with the Arizona Food Bank Network, NeighborTable fills the durable-goods gap they can't carry. Use both.

Already in the network: three founding partners.

Navajo Evangelical Lutheran Mission in Rock Point. Federated Community Church in Flagstaff. Sunshine Mission in Flagstaff. Find your organization, claim your page, and join them.
